The Xiangyu Temple Grotto Statues are a cultural tourism attraction.

The Xiangyu Temple Grotto Statues are located 200 meters north of Xiangyu Temple in Guoguling Village, under the administration of Jian Shan Scenic Area Management Committee, Xinmi City. The grotto faces south and was built in the second year of the Tianping era during the Eastern Wei Dynasty (535 AD). It is carved into the cliffside halfway up Xiangyu Mountain, standing 1.98 meters tall, 1.8 meters wide at the top, 2.28 meters wide at the bottom, and 1.3 meters deep. It consists of eight statues: the main figure is Vairocana Buddha, flanked by two disciples—Ānanda and Kāśyapa—two bodhisattva attendants, and two guardian warriors.

The Xiangyu Temple Grotto Statues feature exquisite carving techniques and lifelike figures. With inscribed dates that corroborate the physical evidence, they hold significant value for the study of Buddhist art, calligraphy, and history during the Northern Wei period.
