Sanquan Lake Scenic Area

Sanquan Lake Scenic Area is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

Sanquan Lake Scenic Area is the largest natural scenic zone within the Fuxi Mountain Tourist Area, covering an area of approximately 10 square kilometers. It consists of Rose Ridge, Phoenix Sky Bridge, Qifeng Valley, Sanquan Lake, the Panlong Ancient Town leisure area, as well as amusement facilities such as a glass slide and a pipe-track slide.

Rose Ridge was developed on the site of the ancient mountain stronghold, Jiajia Village, and covers an area of 2 square kilometers. It gets its name from the colorful roses planted across the hillsides. The Sanquan Lake glass slide features a double-row, two-person design, with a total length of 280 meters and a drop of 108 meters. The slide winds around natural landmarks and trees, with both the base and sides made of transparent glass. The entire ride takes about 6 minutes, making it one of the popular activities for visitors in the scenic area.

The Phoenix Sky Bridge is the first suspension glass pedestrian bridge in the Central Plains region. With a total length of 210 meters, its deck is constructed from high-strength tempered glass and it connects Rose Ridge with Qifeng Valley.

The pipe-track slide—Jungle Flight—stretches 1,988 meters in length. The slide follows the contours of the mountain, with its track winding through the forest. Riders glide down from the mountainside to the base by inertia, with the whole adventure lasting about 5 minutes.

Construction of Sanquan Lake Scenic Area began in August 2013, and it was established as a national 4A-level tourist attraction in October 2016.
