The First City Golf Garden Course was meticulously designed by designers under Greg Norman, the internationally renowned Australian golf course design master. It consists of an East and West course, featuring 18 holes over a total distance of 7,128 yards with a par of 72. The 4th hole on the West course offers expansive views and is considered one of the most scenic nine-hole stretches, stretching 551 yards with a par of 5, flanked on the left by a moat. The 8th hole is a short par 4, measuring 287 yards in length, with a narrow fairway enclosed on the left by an artificial lake nearly 100 yards long and on the right by a lateral water hazard. To reach the green in a direct shot, players must ensure their drive exceeds 270 yards.

Nine of the course holes are floodlit and were personally designed by the celebrated Australian golf course architect Peter Thomson, in accordance with international tournament lighting standards. These nine holes span a total of 3,601 yards with a par of 36. The 3rd hole is 401 yards long with a par of 4, featuring a left dog-leg sloping along the lakeside. The 9th hole is 195 yards long with a par of 3. From the elevated tee, players look toward a small island surrounded by water to the front and right, where the most challenging green lies tucked into the left corner of the island. Two bunkers, one in front and one behind, complement each other and loom menacingly, keeping a watchful eye on the tee.
