Weihui Yanshou Palace

Yanshou Palace is located by the moat on Xiagu Street in the west of Jixian County. It was the residence palace of Prince Lujian during the Ming Dynasty. The architecture is divided into a front and a rear courtyard, with the front courtyard further divided into eastern, western, and central sections. The eastern section served as the residence for the Taoist priests guarding the temple, the central section housed the Temple of Heaven, and the western section contained stables and storage rooms. The rear courtyard has three-sided buildings that were used by the Taoists for scripture recitation. The site is now occupied by the Third Middle School of Chengguan District in the county.
