The residential houses in Xiaodianhe Village are designated as a cultural relic protection unit of Henan Province.

The residential architectural complex of the Qing Dynasty in Xiaodianhe Village is located at Xiaodianhe Village, Shipibao Township, about 26 kilometers northwest of Weihui City at the eastern foot of the Taihang Mountains. It was first built in the 13th year of the Qianlong reign during the Qing Dynasty by Yan Bang, the 10th-generation patriarch of the Yan family. The site features over a dozen large, deep courtyards with relatively well-preserved layouts, although many of the old houses have deteriorated due to natural wear and tear.
