Laohugou Pinus tabuliformis Forest

On both sides of the road leading to the main peak of Yanzishan, within the Laohugou area at an altitude of 1200–1497 meters, there is a Pinus tabuliformis forest covering over 2,000 acres. The trees, 30 years old, stand 6 meters tall with a diameter at breast height of 16 cm. They are growing vigorously, lush and green, forming a dense canopy that blocks out the sun. When a gentle breeze blows, the rustling of pine waves can be heard, occasionally accompanied by the clear chirping of birds. Being in this environment refreshes the mind and lifts the spirit, making one linger and forget to leave, with all fatigue and worries instantly vanishing.
