Nizhuang Site

The Nizhuang Site is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Henan.

The Nizhuang Site is located in Nizhuang Village, Fancheng Town, Linying County. It dates back to the Neolithic Age. On January 22, 2016, the Nizhuang Site was designated as part of the seventh batch of Major Historical and Cultural Sites Protected at the Provincial Level by the People's Government of Henan Province.

Nizhuang Village: Nizhuang Village is located 1.5 kilometers east of Fancheng Town and consists of five natural villages: Nizhuang, Wangge, Huangzhuang, Daizhuang, and Shenhuang. It has a total population of 2,500, 550 households, 55 Party members, a village committee of 6 members, and a supervisory committee of 3 members. There is one community (Nizhuang Hongqi Community), 13 production teams, a village area covering more than 1,400 mu, and over 3,000 mu of arable land. The main industries are traditional farming of soybeans, corn, and chili peppers.
