Linglong Lake Ecological Cultural Tourism Area is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

Linglong Lake Ecological Cultural Tourism Area is located 15 kilometers from the main urban area of Xinyang City. Designed around the themes of "ecology," "wellness," "culture," "leisure," and "experience," it includes the Duhe Southern Henan Folk Culture Tourism First Village, Jianghuai Food Street, a large auto camping site, an auto movie park, a children’s film and animation experience hall, an agricultural culture experience garden, Hidden Valley (a wellness retreat), Five Elements Tea Hot Springs, and a Zen Tea Poetry Culture Corridor.

The Linglong Lake scenic area also boasts unique cultural and natural geographical advantages, with profound cultural heritage in southern Henan. It is rich in humanistic tourism resources such as the former site of Longwang Temple and Jinniu Cave, as well as natural landscapes including tea plantations, bamboo forests, the Duhe River, Linglong Lake, and ancient thousand-year-old ginkgo trees. The area reaches peak negative oxygen ion levels of about 50,000 per cubic centimeter, making it a true "natural oxygen bar."
