The Xinyang Painting and Calligraphy Academy Eco-Cultural Tourism Area is located 2 kilometers west of Dongshuanghe Town in Shihe District, on the south side of National Highway 107, covering an area of more than 2,600 acres. It has been developed by Henan Shuanghe Industrial Co., Ltd. as a national AAAA-level scenic spot, creating a cultural tourism leisure park that integrates art, folk culture, education and training in outstanding traditional culture, cultural tourism development, derivative product development and sales, agricultural and sideline product processing and sales.

The Xinyang Painting and Calligraphy Academy Cultural Park is nestled in the beautiful city of Xinyang, within the Dongshuanghe charm tourism town. It features a complex of buildings in the style of traditional homes from the Dabie Mountains. The park boasts clear waters and lush forests, with picturesque scenery.
