Weihai Wuleidao Bay National Wetland Park is a national-level wetland park.

Weihai Wuleidao Bay National Wetland Park in Shandong. The park is located in the Weihai Nanhai New Area and mainly includes sections of the Xiangshui River, Jinhua River, and Changyang River, as well as the intertidal zone of Wuleidao Bay. Before the park was developed, the original landscape consisted of several natural water systems. Through artificial conservation and restoration measures—including controlling agricultural pollution, dredging and decontaminating, intercepting and channeling sewage, protecting shorelines, creating wildlife habitats, preserving wetland culture, and restoring water bodies—ecological restoration and protection have been carried out in the wetland conservation area, restoration area, riverbanks, and nearby tidal flats. Currently, the section of the Xiangshui River has been largely completed, with a total investment of 198 million yuan. This includes dredging 480,000 cubic meters of riverbed sediment, constructing 6.5 kilometers of revetments, and planting approximately 20,000 trees and shrubs, leading to a noticeable improvement in the ecological environment along both banks.
