The Desheng Workshop Building is a Shandong Provincial Cultural Heritage Protection Unit.

The Desheng Workshop Building is located in Huancuilou Subdistrict, Huancui District, Weihai City, and dates back to 1935.

On October 10, 2013, the Desheng Workshop Building was designated as part of the fourth batch of Provincial-Level Cultural Heritage Protection Units by the People's Government of Shandong Province.

Huancuilou Subdistrict: Huancuilou Subdistrict is situated in the central area of Weihai City, Shandong Province, and is named after the famous scenic spot Huancui Tower. It borders Huancui Bay to the east, connects to Jin Yuan Subdistrict Office to the north along Kunming Road, adjoins the Torch High-Tech Industrial Development Zone to the west at Nai Gu Mountain, and neighbors Zhudao Subdistrict Office to the south at Tashan Mountain. Covering an area of 4.3 square kilometers, it governs 18 residential communities with a population of 50,000.
