On October 10, 2013, the Tai Mao Foreign Firm Summer House on Xinwei Road was designated as part of the fourth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage sites by the People's Government of Shandong Province.

Huancui Subdistrict: Huancui Subdistrict is located in the central area of Weihai City, Shandong Province, and is named after the famous scenic spot, Huancui Tower. It borders Huancui Bay to the east, connects with Kunyuan Subdistrict Office to the north along Kunming Road, adjoins the Torch High-Tech Industrial Development Zone to the west via Nagu Mountain, and neighbors Zhudao Subdistrict Office to the south near Tashan Mountain. Covering an area of 4.3 square kilometers, it governs 18 residential communities with a population of 50,000.
