White Robe Temple is located 39 kilometers northwest of the county seat, under the jurisdiction of Heiyagou Village, Longquan Pass Town. The temple was built during the Ming Dynasty and renovated in the Qing Dynasty. With its red walls and yellow tiles, it is a beautiful and magnificent sight. Entering through the central arched gate leads to the front hall. In the center of the hall stands a clay statue of the jovial, big-bellied Maitreya Buddha; on the east and west sides are clay statues of the Four Heavenly Kings—playing the pipa, holding a delicate pagoda, wielding a green sword, grasping a flower-decorated marten, and wielding a jade-inlaid pearl umbrella—trampling on demons and monsters. Behind the hallway is the Grand Buddha Hall, where the center features a golden-clad statue of the White-Robed Guanyin, the Bodhisattva who brings children. The White-Robed Guanyin stands atop layered lotus petals, cradling a baby, with kind and gentle features, exuding warmth and approachability. On either side of Guanyin are exquisitely crafted statues of the Eighteen Arhats, each in unique poses, vividly lifelike. Above the Eighteen Arhats hangs a long banner depicting the image of the Bodhisattva Guanyin and the chant “Namo Amitabha.” In front of the Bodhisattva statue is an incense table adorned with embroidered dragon-and-phoenix tablecloths, candleholders, and incense burners.

It is a key transit route from Beijing, Tianjin, Baoding, and Shijiazhuang to Mount Wutai.
