Bodhi Lake is situated 10 kilometers south of Fuping County, 4 kilometers west of the Cangshan Stone Buddha Hall (a provincial-level key cultural relic protection unit), and 8 kilometers south of the Revolutionary Memorial Hall of the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Border Region. The lake covers an area of 386 mu, with a water storage capacity of 3.67 million cubic meters. The surrounding area features a beautiful environment, lush vegetation, clear azure waters, undulating waves, rare birds, and the calls of cranes and wild geese.
