Ruins of the Wei King's City

The ruins of the Wei King's City are located 350 meters north of Dagujia Village in Huayuan Town. The site measures 720 meters in length and 420 meters in width. Remnants of the city wall are intermittently connected on the south, north, and east sides, with wall heights ranging from 2 to 3 meters. During the Ming Dynasty, the local scholar Song Pan composed the poem "Autumn Thistles on Han Ramparts" in praise of this site. Artifacts unearthed at the site include wuzhu coins, bronze arrowheads, fabric-patterned roof tiles, and Tang Dynasty Buddhist statues. In 1956, the People's Committee of Shandong Province designated the site as one of the first batch of "Cultural Relics Protection Units" in Leling County.
