The Spring City Ocean Polar World is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

The Spring City Ocean Polar World is currently the largest and world-class aquarium in Asia, located in Qihe County, Dezhou, about a 20-minute drive from Jinan. The scenic area emphasizes marine culture and science education, primarily comprising functional areas such as the tropical rainforest, underwater tunnel, marine life exhibits, sea mammal performances, and educational displays, showcasing over 1,000 species and tens of thousands of rare fish from around the world, as well as polar marine animals like polar bears and beluga whales.

The Qihe Spring City Ocean Polar World was developed and constructed by Shandong Kunhe Tourism Development Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 800 million yuan and a construction area of 88,000 square meters. It is mainly divided into multiple functional zones including the Tropical Rainforest Pavilion, Underwater Tunnel, Performance Hall, Mermaid Show Hall, and Science Education Pavilion. It fully displays the natural landscape of tropical rainforests and more than 1,000 rare marine and polar animals from the five continents and four oceans, making it the largest and world-class aquarium in Asia.

Featured Attractions: The park gathers nearly a thousand species of marine life and rare fish from around the world, including polar bears, Arctic foxes, beluga whales, dolphins, sea lions, seals, manatees, walruses, sea turtles, and penguins. It is a comprehensive exhibition hall that combines visual enjoyment, entertainment, fun, and the reflection of marine culture and technology.

Visitor Service Center: The visitor center is located at the ticketing hall of the scenic area, in a convenient and prominent location. The signage design matches the ticket office, aligning with the overall ambiance and enhancing the scenic environment. It was fully constructed to 4A standards and is dedicated to visitors, covering an internal and external area of over 1,000 square meters. Inside, there are computer touchscreens providing comprehensive information on attractions, facilities, and services; there is also a large screen continuously playing entertaining content about marine animals and information on scenic tickets and discounts.
