The Qihe Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument is located in Yancheng Subdistrict, Qihe County, and was built in 1988.

On June 23, 2015, the Qihe Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument was designated as part of the fifth batch of Provincial-Level Cultural Relics Protection Units by the People's Government of Shandong Province.
