Dongchang Shanglin Garden is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Dongchang Shanglin Garden is located 1.2 kilometers north of the intersection between the new northern outer ring road and Liao-Lin Road in Liaocheng City, within the territory of Yansi Subdistrict, 3 kilometers from the Yansi Subdistrict Office and 3 kilometers from downtown Liaocheng. In 2015, it was invested and built by Shandong Fuhe Agricultural Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., covering an area of 33.34 million square meters, with an investment of approximately 320 million yuan. The park features two gardens and six zones: the Traditional Chinese Medicine Botanical Garden, Animal Park, Eco-Picking Zone, Farming Experience Zone, Outdoor Leisure Zone, Entertainment Interaction Zone, Specialty Dining Zone, and Eco-Breeding Zone. It is home to over 300 animals including giraffes, zebras, African lions, peacocks, monkeys, Bengal tigers, alpacas, black bears, and squirrels, as well as 20 modern intelligent fruit and vegetable greenhouses and a 30,000-square-meter freshwater fishing center. There is also a 30,000-square-meter children’s playground and a 20,000-square-meter water park. The park raises sheep, chickens, geese, wild rabbits, loaches, and black pigs through green, free-range, and grain-fed methods, all hormone-free and pollution-free.

Dongchang Shanglin Garden is a comprehensive agricultural eco-technology sightseeing park and a traditional Chinese medicine health tourism demonstration base that integrates ecological development, technological demonstration, industrial growth, creative agriculture, tourism, science education, R&D, and training.
