Chenming Manor is situated on the west side of Liaoxin Road, south of Liao Tang Road, within the jurisdiction of Daokoupu Subdistrict Office, about 5 kilometers from downtown Liaocheng. Established in 2011 with an investment of 10 million yuan by Liaocheng Chenming Agricultural Products Co., Ltd., it spans 6.67 million square meters. The manor engages in fruit tree cultivation, vegetable planting, forest-underneath breeding, flower cultivation, and deep processing of agricultural products. It currently grows over 100 varieties of vegetables and fruit trees, including walnuts, grapes, blueberries, hazelnuts, kiwifruit, and Japanese persimmons, and raises 1,350 poultry such as chickens, ducks, and geese. There are 21 greenhouses for fruit and vegetable picking, marking the initial establishment of a scientific agricultural model.

Leveraging its geographical advantages, the manor uses industrialization as a platform, aims to build a new countryside and improve rural economic conditions, and strives to establish a brand for green agriculture and tourism. It actively develops eco-friendly green agriculture, leisure dining, and wellness vacation tourism projects. In 2014, it was designated as a Provincial Agricultural Tourism Demonstration Site by the Shandong Provincial Tourism Bureau.
