The Site of the Zhuangyuan Hall is a cultural heritage protection unit of Liaocheng City.

The Site of the Zhuangyuan Hall is located in Sijiali Village, Zhulaizhuang Town, Jiangbei Shuicheng Tourist Resort. Dating back to the late Qing Dynasty, it is classified as an ancient site.

In October 2014, the Site of the Zhuangyuan Hall was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage protection unit of Liaocheng City.

Zhulaizhuang Town: Zhulaizhuang Township is located in the southern suburbs of Liaocheng City, 9 kilometers from Guangyue Tower and only 2 kilometers from the New South Ring Road. It borders Yanggu County to the south. The total area is 57 square kilometers, covering 59 administrative villages, with a population of 36,000 and 57,000 mu of arable land.

Zhulaizhuang Township enjoys a superior geographical location and well-developed transportation. Three major roads run through the township: the Liaoyang High-grade Highway runs north–south through the entire territory, while the Litian and Yusha county-level roads traverse the township east–west. All 59 administrative villages are connected by asphalt roads, and Bus No. 21 operates between Liaocheng urban area and the township.
