Jiuzhouwa Rose Park is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Jiuzhouwa Rose Park is a key livelihood project in Liaocheng City. Located at the core of Liaocheng High-Tech Zone, it has a total investment of approximately 1.5 billion yuan and covers an area of 1,967 mu. The entire park adopts the design concept of "Flowers Blooming Across the Land," dividing its functional structure into "One Core, One Belt, and Five Zones." The "One Core" consists of 11 specialized rose gardens, forming a 357-mu thematic rose center; the "One Belt" is a 162-mu rose application and display belt surrounding the rose core area; the "Five Zones" are five functional areas—urban leisure zone, industry display zone, amusement theme zone, conservation and R&D zone, and supporting service zone—established based on the park’s needs and coordination with surrounding urban functions. By combining the rose-themed core and display belt with five functional zones for commerce, R&D, amusement, industry, and support services, the park aims to become a multifunctional, composite rose-themed park integrating rose landscapes, wetland scenery, and natural rivers and lakes. On May 1, 2019, Jiuzhouwa Rose Park in the High-Tech Zone officially opened to the public.

Jiuzhouwa Rose Park is committed to becoming a multifunctional, composite urban park that integrates rose landscapes, wetland scenery, and natural rivers and lakes. It is a key livelihood and ecological project in Liaocheng City, the largest rose-themed urban park in northern China, and another core landscape created by the municipal government for both urban and rural residents. It will play a positive role in improving residents’ living standards, enhancing urban environmental quality, perfecting urban infrastructure, and elevating the city’s ecological construction level.
