Xu Hai Site

The Xu Hai Site is a cultural heritage protection unit under the jurisdiction of Jining City.

The Xu Hai Site is located southeast of Xucun Village in Kangyi Town, Wenjiang County. It dates back to the Dawenkou Culture period and is classified as an ancient site.

On March 8, 1986, the Xu Hai Site was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage protection unit of Jining City.

Kangyi Town: Kangyi Town is situated at the southernmost tip of Wenjiang County, bordering Yanzhou to the east and Rencheng to the south. The town administers 57 administrative villages, with a total population of 75,300 and a jurisdictional area of 88.6 square kilometers, including 86,000 mu of arable land.
