Zhongdu Museum in Zoucheng County

Zoucheng County has carried out high-standard design and exhibition adjustments for the Zhongdu Museum display halls. The basic exhibits include a series titled "Dawn of Civilization," "Cultural Enlightenment in Zhongdu," "Introduction of Buddhism," "Four Grand Secretaries of the Same Dynasty," "Canal Hub," and "Sacred Relics from the Pagoda Palace," covering a display area of over 1,000 square meters.

The Zhongdu Museum in Zoucheng County currently houses over 2,000 cultural relics, including nearly 100 national first-, second-, and third-grade relics. These range from ancient Paleolithic mammoth ivory fossils from the Cenozoic era to modern and contemporary artifacts. Notably, the sacred Buddhist relics unearthed from the Prince's Relic Pagoda on March 15, 1994—such as Buddha's tooth, sarira, golden coffin, and silver reliquary—are among the most distinctive features of the museum’s collection.
