Fubei Village is located at the site of the Fugang Town government, comprising five natural villages with a total of 438 households, a population of 2,033, including 726 women, and arable land covering 1,915 mu. It is situated close to Fulong Lake, the second-largest plain reservoir in the province, stretching 12.2 kilometers from east to west and 2.5 kilometers from north to south.
