Shanxian Science and Technology Museum is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Shanxian Science and Technology Museum, a national AAA-level tourist attraction, has a total construction area of over 24,000 square meters, mainly comprising one permanent exhibition hall, three science popularization cinemas, and eight science popularization laboratories.

The permanent exhibition hall is divided into 11 exhibition areas, 30 themes, and features a total of 323 exhibits. The exhibition hall closely follows the theme of "Science Leads the Future," and is divided into three major sections: The Soul of Science, The Beauty of Science, and The Dream of Science.

It begins with the Scientific Journey of the Mind and concludes with the Scientific Journey to the Heavens, revealing the soul of science, showcasing the beauty of science, and narrating the dreams of science, forming a cohesive whole throughout.

The science popularization cinemas include a 4D cinema, a VR cinema, and a dome cinema, among which the VR cinema is the first of its kind in China’s science museum industry.

The science popularization laboratories include the Digital Science World, VR Laboratory, Physics Laboratory, Maker Space, and Handicraft Classroom.

Among them, the Digital Science World is known as an encyclopedia of digitalized science knowledge, while the VR Laboratory takes young people into a brand-new, colorful world of scientific experiments from a virtual perspective.
