The Leijia Residence in Sanli is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Jiangxi Province.

Introduction:

The Flower House faces west and is situated to the east. The Cui’e Hongzhang House covers an area of 291 square meters and was built in the Gengchen year of the Qianlong reign (1760). The plaque was inscribed by Lei Yaolong, a local scholar who attained the rank of jinshi. It has three courtyards and two patios, with an outer structure of brick and an inner wooden frame. The plaque is surrounded by a stone relief pattern measuring 10.2 meters horizontally × 1.4 meters vertically. The inner wooden frame features many carved patterns. The Gao Yi Yu Hui House is located to the north of the Cui’e Hongzhang Flower House, separated by a red stone lane in the middle, and covers an area of 343 square meters. It was built in the Bingwu year of the Qianlong reign (1786), and the plaque was inscribed by Wang Mo from Jinxi. It also has three courtyards and two patios, with an outer structure of brick and an inner wooden frame. The interior includes many wood carvings, and the rear courtyard has a wooden-carved shrine. There is a kitchen behind the Flower House. Between the two houses, there are three straight red stone lanes and two horizontal red stone lanes.

In December 2006, it was announced as part of the fifth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage sites in Jiangxi Province.
