The Qubi Lianhui Residential House is a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

The Qubi Lianhui Residential House was originally built in the eighth year of the Qianlong reign during the Qing Dynasty (1743). The structure faces east and is situated westward, with the courtyard gate facing north. It covers a construction area of 1,881 square meters, featuring two courtyards of different sizes, 11 patios, one embroidery tower, 34 main rooms, and 6 shops. It functions as a combined residential and commercial building with living quarters inside and shops outside. The Qubi Lianhui Residential House is a large-scale structure that is relatively rare in southeastern Jiangxi. Designed for both residential and commercial use, it has a unique structural layout and strong local architectural characteristics. Its wood carvings, brick carvings, and stone carvings are exquisitely crafted with rich subject matter, providing valuable physical evidence for the study of ideologies, cultures, and folk customs during the Qing Dynasty. It holds significant historical, artistic, and scientific value.

On October 7, 2019, the Qubi Lianhui Residential House was included in the eighth batch of National Key Cultural Relics Protection Units.
