The Memorial Hall of Martyrs of the First Front Red Army is located in Huangbailing Village, Dongbei Town, Yihuang County. It sits on the site of the former Fourth Counter-Encirclement Campaign meeting of the First Front Red Army, covering an area of over 700 square meters. The building has two levels—upper and lower halls—and features typical Ming and Qing dynasty architecture from southern China. With its tall walls, deep eaves, upturned roof ridges, and carvings of dragons and phoenixes, the courtyard also displays simple yet elegant wood carvings, brick carvings, and stone carvings that are vivid and lifelike.

The Memorial Hall of Martyrs of the First Front Red Army has long served as a key cultural relic protection unit and a patriotic education base in Fuzhou City. In 2011, the provincial Department of Culture invested 700,000 yuan in its renovation. In 2012, it was designated as a provincial-level cultural relic protection unit.
