Located at the Wang Family Ancestral Hall in Xianyuan, the site faces south and features a traditional ancestral hall structure built with brick and wood, complete with fireproof walls and a tiled roof. It is divided into three sections: front, middle, and rear. The main entrance has three gates, and there are six stone-paved courtyards inside, with a pavilion built in the center. The pavilion has an octagonal caisson ceiling adorned with carved patterns and painted designs, showcasing exquisite craftsmanship. The total construction area is 1,223 square meters. The official newspaper of the Hunan-Hubei-Jiangxi Provincial Committee — *Red Flag* — was first published on April 15, 1932, with the then Provincial Committee Secretary Lin Ruisheng serving as its editor-in-chief. The newspaper office also produced temporary publications such as *Red Flag Bulletin*, *Political News Bulletin*, and the theoretical journal *Transformation Monthly*. It also printed various government and Party documents, literacy textbooks, and propaganda materials.
