Strait Art Carving Tourism City is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Xianyou Strait Art Carving Tourism City, developed by Huaxia Shixing Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in Xianyou County, Putian City, is planned to be built in three phases over ten years. The commercial construction covers an area of approximately 630 acres, incorporating the grand architectural design style of the prosperous Tang Dynasty. The first phase is currently under construction, with a total floor area of 54,607 m², while the second and third phases are to be planned and constructed successively. The project integrates a rosewood art carving collection museum, shopping tourism center, premium art carving exhibition and sales hall, and premium art carving experience hall. It brings together commerce, trade, logistics, exhibitions, tourism, and collections, forming an industrial hub. With top-tier commercial facilities, it attracts visitors from all directions, offering “one-stop” business services to help merchants achieve greater prosperity.

Strait Art Carving Tourism City is located in Zhongyue Village, Duwei Town, Xianyou County—the hometown of the master of traditional Chinese painting, Li Geng. It is a key project supported by the Xianyou County Government and developed by Huaxia Shixing Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Upon completion, it will become a distribution hub for rosewood art carving handicrafts that integrates brand display, product R&D, trade transactions, and sightseeing tourism. It aims to be China’s premier rosewood trading city, featuring the most comprehensive collection, largest scale, and most exquisite craftsmanship of rosewood art carving collectibles.

The total planned area of Strait Art Carving Tourism City exceeds 630 acres. Currently, the first phase covers 56 acres, with a total floor area of 54,600 m² and a total investment of 400 million yuan. The project will include standardized production workshops, commercial supporting facilities, a product R&D center, a logistics and distribution center, a premium exhibition hall, and a Li Geng Hometown Exhibition Hall. Huaxia Shixing Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. will establish a “Master Li Geng Studio,” collaborating with well-known art institutions to provide tailored solutions for merchants in brand image upgrades, store renovations, and product innovation design. A professional commercial operations team will be hired to break through the constraints of traditional rosewood resources and transition toward low-resource-consumption, high-value-added art carving handicrafts, creating a brighter future for the rosewood art carving industry. The project will also attract several branded enterprises to set up operations, with seven brands—including Luyi, Dafu, and Wan Senlin—already expressing intent to join. Upon completion, the project will apply for national 4A-level rosewood cultural tourism scenic area status, attracting more domestic and international visitors for sightseeing and investment.
