The former site of the revolutionary base of the Xian-De Guerrilla Unit is located in Shibao Natural Village, Jinsha Village, Longhua Town, Xianyou County, Putian City.

In early April 1949, following an expanded cadre meeting of the Xian-De Working Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, and based on information provided by Mao Piao and others, the committee decided to launch a surprise attack on the Jin-Xian post first. On April 9, Liu Zuozhou and Mao Piao led the Xian-De guerrilla forces in a two-pronged assault on the Jin-Xian post at Motou Street. Liu Zuozhou, leader of the Xian-De guerrilla unit, led one detachment along mountain paths to Luohan Rock Temple on the hill behind Motou to set up a support position, coordinating with the detachment led by Mao Piao to successfully complete the mission of attacking the Jin-Xian post and eliminating the enemy stronghold located at a key transportation junction between Xianyou and the four counties of Yongchun, Nan'an, Jinjiang, and Dehua.

The former site of the revolutionary base of the Xian-De Guerrilla Unit at Luohan Rock is situated on a mountain at the junction of Jinsha in Xianyou and the four counties of Yongchun, Nan'an, and Jinjiang. It is a two-story brick-concrete temple complex consisting of two buildings, covering a total area of 210 square meters. In November 1989, it was designated as a cultural relic protection unit of Xianyou County by the Xianyou County People's Government.
