The Revolutionary Martyrs' Memorial Hall in Houshan Village is located in Houping Group, Houshan Village, Chantai Town, Chengxiang District, Putian City.

The underground Party organization and guerrilla forces in Chantai were a strong revolutionary force in the armed struggle of central Fujian. Throughout the long years of revolutionary struggle, the people of Chantai closely followed the Communist Party of China, holding high the banner of revolution for national liberation, fighting bravely and unyieldingly with successive generations of martyrs, and producing a large number of heroic individuals and outstanding cadres who made indelible contributions to the three-year guerrilla war in central Fujian. In 1951, to commemorate the martyrs and carry forward the revolutionary tradition, the villagers of Houshan built the Revolutionary Martyrs' Memorial Hall in the village, enshrining 10 martyrs including Fang Jinxing, Lin Wenxian, and Huang Kai, as well as 4 veteran Red Army soldiers such as Chen Jianxin and Wang Yiping.

The Revolutionary Martyrs' Memorial Hall in Houshan Village is a single-story earthen and wood structure facing south, with a total of three rooms. It was built in 1951 and covers a total area of 140 square meters. The main hall displays memorial plaques for the 10 martyrs and 4 veteran Red Army soldiers, while the side rooms exhibit items that they once used. Due to years of disrepair and lack of management, the wall of the left side room has collapsed.
