Around 6 a.m., stand by Shuangxian Pool and observe the cloud and mist scenery in Shuangxian Valley. You’ll see the mist rising and spreading across the valley, with the steep cliffs on both sides of the valley looming faintly through the fog. A light breeze blows, parting the clouds and dispersing the mist, only for the vapors to rise again soon after, making Shuangxian Valley appear mysterious and unfathomable. In overcast or rainy weather, the moisture blends with the fog, filling the valley with varying densities of mist. The waterfalls also appear and disappear intermittently, creating a whole different kind of charm.
