The Tomb of Shangban Shangshu is a cultural relic protection unit of Fujian Province.

The Tomb of Shangban Shangshu is located in Shangban Village, Badu Town, Jiaocheng District, Ningde City, dating back to the Ming Dynasty.

Description: Constructed in the 22nd year of the Chenghua era (1487) under imperial decree by the Ministry of Works, it was granted ceremonial offerings. It was renovated in the 15th year of the Qianlong era (1750) during the Qing Dynasty. The tomb faces northwest from the southeast, with a "wind" character-shaped layout, and consists of a burial mound, tomb stele, stone statues, spirit way, hall of worship, stele pavilion, and stone enclosing walls, covering an area of 312 square meters. The tomb structure is made of stone, with three pairs of stone statues, one epitaph stele, and one spirit way stele still extant. The spirit way stele is inscribed in regular script: "Spirit Way of the Late Ming Duke of Virtue, Senior Minister of the Directorate of Education, Minor Tutor to the Crown Prince, Minister of Justice, posthumously awarded the title of Duke of Glory and Minor Tutor, with the posthumous name Zhuangmin, Mr. Lin."

In 2013, the Tomb of Shangban Shangshu was designated as part of the eighth batch of provincial-level cultural relic protection units by the People's Government of Fujian Province.

It borders Sandu'ao to the east and Futian City to the northeast. National Highway 104 and Provincial Highway Aowai run through the area, providing convenient land and water transportation. Historically, it has been one of the key commodity distribution centers in Ningde and surrounding regions, often referred to as the "Northern Gateway" of Ningde.
