Location: Jinkeng Village, Jinkeng Township, Shaowu City

Introduction: Facing southeast and situated northwest, it consists of a central main building and a small garden on the left, with a total width of 22.37 meters. The main building features a single-courtyard layout, comprising a gate tower (with an inner lobby), a main hall, and a spring pavilion, covering a floor area of 352.34 square meters. The exterior of the mansion is enclosed by tall, layered “one”-style fireproof walls, while the facade’s brick carvings on the gate tower are exquisitely detailed and the painted decorations under the eaves are vivid and bright. The interior layout is rational, with well-crafted elements such as overhanging eaves, brackets, dougong brackets in partition frames, partitioned lattice windows, and ornamental windows.

Protected area: An extension of 20 meters outward from all sides of the building.

In 2009, the Confucian Scholar's Mansion in Jinkeng was designated as part of the seventh batch of provincial-level cultural relic protection units by the People's Government of Fujian Province.
