Shuibei Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Shaowu City. It was established as Hongbei Commune in 1958, renamed Shuibei Commune in 1960, upgraded to a township in 1984, and became a town in 1992. Located in the northern part of the city, it faces the urban area across the Futun River to the south. Covering an area of 511 square kilometers, it has a population of 20,000. The town government is located on Jiefang Road in the urban area. The Yingxia Railway passes through the town, and National Highway 316 and Shuishan Highway run via here. It governs 11 village committees: Daqian, Longdou, Yangmeiling, Shangping, Wangting, Damo, Guxian, Yidu, Erdou, Sandou, and Sidou.
