【Administrative Affiliation and Transportation】Jiangshang Village is situated in the southwestern part of Shaowu City, 56 kilometers from the city center and 15 kilometers from the Fuyin Expressway interchange. It borders Jiangshi Village to the east, adjoins the provincial-level Jiangshi Nature Reserve to the south, neighbors Xincuo Village to the west, and lies adjacent to Sunjia Village to the north. It is located within the 4A-level eco-tourism scenic area—Tiancheng Qixia (Heavenly Wonder Gorge).

【Historical and Cultural Background】Jiangshang Village was formerly under the jurisdiction of the 35th District of Shaowu County. In the 1970s, it belonged to Ping Village in Xiaojiapu Commune, Shaowu County. It was later divided into Jiangshang Village, Sunjia Village, and Zhongji Village.
