Dabugang Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Shaowu City. Established as Baobu Township in 1947, reorganized as Dabugang Commune in 1958, changed back to township in 1984, and upgraded to town status in 1992. Located in the southern part of the city, 25 kilometers from the municipal government. It covers an area of 192 square kilometers with a population of 15,000. The Shaotai Highway passes through the town. The town administers 11 village committees: Dabugang, Wuku, Baoji, Liyuan, Heyuan, Zhiyuan, Jiazhou, Songshuping, Xishang, Wushi, and Tieyang. Mineral resources include granite, mineral water, kaolin, quartz, potassium feldspar, and fluorite.
