Located in the western part of the city, it is 32 kilometers from the municipal government. Covering an area of 133 square kilometers, it has a population of 7,000. The area is accessible by road. It administers eight village committees: Jinping, Xiayellow Street, Huxi, Chongxia, Aishang, Shange, Xiabao, and Dachang.
