Jade Screen Scenic Area
The Jade Screen Scenic Area is located in Jade Screen Village, Lingyao Township, about 40 kilometers from the county seat and bordering Qingyuan County in Zhejiang Province, covering an area of approximately 10 square kilometers. It features ancient silver mine tunnels and smelting sites, ancient cedar forests and the Cedar King, Xianyan Mountain and Hutouji Waterfall, Tianchi Longjing, Thousand-Handed Guanyin, Pine Forest Island, and other attractions.
Jade Screen Village has 18 scenic spots including Listening to Pines on Green Island, Murmuring Streams, Remains of Old Teahouses, Sacred Turtle’s Journey, and Flying Waterfall at Hutou, and has been rated as a 3A-level tourist attraction. It has also been awarded multiple honors such as the 7th Batch of National Historic and Cultural Villages, Provincial-Level Famous Tourism Village, Cultural Brand Village, and Eco-Cultural Village.
