The Monument to the Min-Zhe Border District Committee of the Communist Party of China is located in Baiyan Tianzhu Natural Village, Zhenqian Town, Zhenghe County, dating back to 1947.
It has been designated as a county-level cultural relics protection unit.
Zhenqian Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Zhenghe County. Established as Guanli Town during the Jin Dynasty of the Five Dynasties period, it belonged to the 17th and 18th districts during the Qing Dynasty. In 1951, the Second District was established; in 1958, it was reorganized as Zhenqian Commune; in 1984, it became a township; and in 1992, it was upgraded to a town. Located in the southeastern part of the county, on the upper reaches of the Jiaolong Stream, it is 28 kilometers from the county seat. Covering an area of 234 square kilometers with a population of 25,000, it is traversed by the Xiaopu Highway.
