(I) Basic Information

Golden Triangle Fishing Park is located in Lizhuang Village, Dabei Town, adjacent to the Jinnan South Line, offering convenient transportation. The entire fishing park covers an area of 200 mu, including 180 mu of aquaculture water surface. The park has invested 1.2 million yuan in infrastructure, including 450 square meters of dining facilities, 150 square meters of office space, and one artesian well. All roads around the fishing ponds have been paved, and 25 permanent sunshades have been installed. The park currently has a parking lot covering 500 square meters.

(II) Ongoing Projects

The fishing park plans to invest an additional 500,000 yuan by the end of July this year to complete the renovation and upgrade project across the entire park.

1. Renovate and decorate existing facilities such as the restaurant, and build 150 square meters of new accommodation space with 20 beds;

2. Expand the parking lot to reach an area of over 800 square meters, providing more than 50 parking spaces;

3. Upgrade water supply and drainage facilities, build a new medical clinic, and renovate a flush public toilet;

4. Repair and pave 2,000 square meters of roads within the park;

5. Renovate two crab fishing ponds covering 15,000 square meters;

6. Install tourist guide signage.

Golden Triangle Fishing Park is currently the closest featured rural tourism spot to Lutai Town, the county seat. It can not only accommodate a large number of out-of-town visitors, but also serves as a great leisure destination for local office workers during weekends and holidays.
