Ninghe County Student Quality Education Practice Base serves as a science education base, patriotic education base, and national defense education base.

Ninghe County Student Quality Education Practice Base is a comprehensive quality education base integrating military training, science education, patriotic education, national defense knowledge education, labor skills education, and social practice.

The base began construction in 2001, covering an area of 1,600 mu with a construction area of 20,000 square meters. It is equipped with advanced facilities and comprehensive functions, including a 1,200-square-meter multi-functional auditorium, a 600-square-meter exhibition hall, audiovisual classrooms that can accommodate 240 people at the same time, over 10,000 square meters of teaching buildings, and a 60,000-square-meter military training field. There are 10 labor practice classrooms and 6,000 square meters of workshop space, enabling up to 3,500 people to participate in science education, patriotic education, national defense knowledge education, military training, and labor practice simultaneously.

The base has set up an exhibition room for patriotic and revolutionary tradition education and has established a Youth Party School. Each year, it invites veteran soldiers, veteran cadres, model workers, and professional teachers to give lectures on revolutionary traditions, the history of the Communist Party, and the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics to young students.

Ninghe County Student Quality Education Practice Base is a national science education base. In 2002, it was designated as a Tianjin Patriotic Education Base by the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government.
