Chi Ridge Guan Yu Temple is a cultural tourism attraction.

Chi Ridge Guan Yu Temple is located in Xiadianmeinei She, Buwen Village, Buwen Town, Longwen District, Zhangzhou City. The temple has three sections: the front hall and rear hall feature a hanging gable roof, while the main hall has a hip-and-gable roof, facing northeast and southwest.

On either side of the courtyard are bell and drum towers, with the ground floor serving as a water passageway corridor and the second floor housing 0 — a single-eave hip-and-gable roof structure. The main hall is three bays deep, slightly wider than the front hall in width. The central and side bays serve as the main hall area, while the end bays are partitioned by gable walls and feature flush-gable roofs. The main building covers an area of 280 square meters. New management facilities have been added, making the overall scale grand, with a total area of approximately 2,806 square meters.

Guan Yu (162?–220), of Han ethnicity, was born during the Yanxi era of Emperor Huan of the Eastern Han Dynasty. His courtesy name was Yunchang, originally Changsheng, and he was a native of Xieliang, Hedong (present-day Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province). He was a renowned general of the Shu Han during the Three Kingdoms period, serving as General of the Vanguard and Marquis of Hanshou, as well as a military strategist. After his death, he was widely venerated by the people and successively honored by successive imperial courts, eventually being worshipped as Guan Sheng Di Jun (Lord Guan the Holy Emperor). In Buddhism, he is known as Sangharama Bodhisattva and respectfully called "Guan Gong." Later rulers revered Guan Yu as the "Martial Saint," equal in stature to Confucius, the "Civil Saint."
