The Tongtaizi Site is located in Zhangzhuang Village, Runhe Town, Yingzhou District. Dating back to the Neolithic Age to the Warring States Period, it is classified as an ancient site.

Runhe Town: Runhe Town is situated on the left bank of the Huai River, approximately 20 kilometers southwest of Yingzhou District. It borders Banggan Town to the east, faces Huoqiu County across the Huai River to the southwest, stretches 15 kilometers from east to west and 8 kilometers from north to south, covering a total area of 78 square kilometers. The town has 50,534 mu of arable land, administers 30 villagers' committees, three neighborhood committees, and 124 natural villages, with a population of 15,341 households and 60,692 residents, including 31,560 males and 28,132 females. There are 5,448 non-agricultural residents and 55,514 agricultural residents, primarily of Han and Hui ethnicities.
