Located in Hucun Village, Fuling Town, it was built during the Qing Dynasty and covers an area of 122.5 square meters. The house features a symmetrical layout of upper and lower halls with a central courtyard. The lower hall has a gable roof without an upper floor, while the upper hall is a two-story building supported by bracket arms that extend the eaves, with fireproof walls, a rammed earth floor, and a combination of raised-beam and through-tenon beam frameworks. Inside the main gate, there is a wooden screen wall. The entire structure is well-preserved and holds significant artistic value. In June 2011, it was designated as a county-level cultural heritage site, approved under document number Jizheng [2011] No. 46; in 2016, it was further designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage site, approved under document number Xuanzheng Mi [2016] No. 219.

Hucun Village: Hucun Village in Fuling Town is a model village among Anhui Province’s “Thousand Villages and Hundred Towns.” It has three Party branches, with a total of 63 Party members as of the end of 2007. The village administers four villager groups, comprising 624 households and 1,964 residents, with 946 mu of arable land and 9,794 mu of mountainous land. Situated 18 kilometers from Jixi County, it is an ancient settlement described as being guarded by “lion and elephant gates” and sealed by a garden-like entrance. Here, one can find ancestral temples serving thousands, thousand-year-old tombs honored by descendants, and genealogical records preserved for over a century.
