Located on the south side of the eastern end of Beiliang'an Road, Huayang Town, the archway covers an area of 10 square meters and is a Qing Dynasty structure. It has two pillars, a single gate, and three stories, built with faux wood grain in bluestone. Oriented from north to south, it stands 7.80 meters tall, 4.40 meters wide, and 2.20 meters deep. Bracket sets support the overhanging eaves, and the main ridge is decorated with a makara fish. The joints between beams and pillars are fitted with bracket arms, and the stone pillars are flanked by drum stones on both the north and south sides. A vertical plaque beneath the main ridge bears the inscription “Imperial Edict,” surrounded by a carving of two dragons. The central floral panel is inscribed with the characters “Jie Lin Bing Shuang” (Moral Integrity as Firm as Ice and Frost), while the lower horizontal beam is engraved with the name of the archway. In 2000, it was designated as a county-level key cultural relic protection unit, with approval document number Jizheng [2000] No. 31.
