Located at No. 7 Bajiaojing Road, Huayang Town, with a total area of 95 square meters, it is a mid-Qing Dynasty building. The structure features a flush gable roof, with a depth of four bays and a width of three bays, a front courtyard, and a hall-style design with fire walls. The wooden structure is elegantly crafted with exquisite carvings, a well-planned layout, and is largely well-preserved, holding relatively high artistic value. In 2000, it was designated as a key cultural heritage site of the county, with approval document number Jizheng [2000] No. 31.

Huayang Town: Huayang Town is an ancient town with a history of two thousand years and currently serves as the seat of the Jixi County government. It is the political, economic, and cultural center of the entire county. The town administers 5 community residential committees and 4 village committees, covering an area of 83 square kilometers with a population of 43,000. The current cultivated land area is 490 hectares, including 337 hectares of paddy fields.
