Located at No. 159, Yingzhou Village, Yingzhou Township, it was once a thriving financial shop, locally referred to as the "Upper Money House." In 1930, Zhang Jijia, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and a meteorologist, was born in this house. He held positions such as Deputy Director of the Nanjing Meteorological Bureau, Deputy Director of the National Meteorological Bureau, and Deputy Party Group Secretary. He was a leading figure in China’s meteorological science and made significant contributions to the development of the country's meteorological services. The residence faces south and consists of two courtyards, featuring a brick-and-wood structure with horse-head walls. A courtyard is set behind the front eaves wall, and the second floor is interconnected, covering a total construction area of nearly 200 square meters. Interior decorative elements include lattice windows, bracket arms, spandrels, dougong blocks, and window lattice panels, all showcasing high-level carving craftsmanship. It is a typical example of traditional Huizhou-style architecture. In 2005, it was designated as a key cultural relic protection unit of the county under approval document Ji Zheng [2005] No. 41.

Zhang Jijia (1930–1995) was from Yingzhou Village, Jiashan County. He graduated early from the county middle school (now Jiashan High School) in 1944. In 1951, he graduated ahead of schedule from the Physics Department of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and joined the Korean War effort as a meteorological soldier. In 1955, he was sent to the Graduate School of the Leningrad Hydro-Meteorological Institute in the Soviet Union, where he earned a Ph.D. equivalent in geoscience in 1958. He returned to China the same year and worked on medium- and long-term weather forecasting at the Central Meteorological Bureau and research institutes.
