Located at No. 66, Xichuan Village, Fuling Town, it was built during the Republican era and covers an area of 238 square meters. Cheng Yuyou (1890–1956), born in Xichuan Village, Jixi County, grew up in poverty. In 1914, he established Tongqinglou Restaurant in Wuhu, which quickly gained fame as the city’s most prominent dining establishment. After the public-private partnership policy was implemented in 1956, Cheng returned to his hometown to spend his later years in peace. The residence faces northwest and is situated southeast, featuring a flush-gable roof, firewalls, a combined post-and-lintel and through-tenon beam structure, a clay tile floor without a courtyard, and decorative clear-glazed windows and latticed vents on the front eaves. The rear section has a hipped roof supported by brackets extending beyond the walls, with skirt boards and low windows installed along the eaves. The building has one upper floor and consists of three bays in a single row, with wing rooms on the east and west sides. The interior is finely decorated with intricately carved hanging fascias, spandrels, window lattice panels, and low windows. The main gate is located at the southwest corner of the southern gable wall, adorned with a five-brick arched door hood. The door plaque features raised brick lettering with the inscription “Fengguang Yueji” (literally “Scene of Wind, Light, Moon, and Clear Sky”), showcasing exquisite brick carvings. The entire structure is well-preserved and holds high artistic value.

Xichuan Village: Xichuan Village is located in the eastern part of Fuling Town. In 2003, it was formed through the merger of the original Xichuan Village, Shangxi Village, and Tongkeng Village. It currently administers four villager groups, with 502 households and a population of 1,971. The village has a total of 1,149 mu of arable land and 17,849 mu of mountainous forest land. The Xichuan Village Party General Branch oversees three party branches and one branch for retired cadres, with a total of 75 party members as of the end of 2009.
